This year, Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), Aurangabad chapter has organized 20th Chapter Convention on Quality Concepts at Hotel Atitihi Aurangabad on 24th Aug 2019. More than 107 teams were participated in this Conference.
Rucha Engineers Plant I participated in the conference team consisted of Mr. Prasanjeet D Suravade & Miss. Rupali A Ingale.
This team is qualified for NCQC 2019. For this Success of team they were guided, encouraged & supported by Seniors of Plant I.

We are happy to inform you all that our 3 employees are qualified as “L1 grade Certified Robot Programmer” in spot welding category based on the course conducted by M/s. OBARA India Ltd. on 20th & 21st July, 2019 and it was organised by Bajaj Auto Ltd. This exam was conducted for 14 participants & only 7 individuals are qualified. Our 3 employees were part of this team of newly qualified Robot Programmers.
Rucha has been at forefront at adopting TPM philosophy throughout the
group for quite a long time. While we have successfully climbed initial step
towards achieving TPM award in 2017 in Plant VI, we have worked tirelessly
for 2 years to achieve this pinnacle of TPM journey to get recognized by BAL
TPM Excellence Award.

There were 155 Kaizen received from 3 BAVA Clusters out of which 33 Kaizen were considered for this competition. It’s a please to mentioned that from Rucha Engineers Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Yogesh Kothavade, Mr. Vitthal Joshi & Mr. Amol Grime presented Kaizen on ‘IHR Reduction-Chain Case Dimen Oversize’ & received 2nd Runner up Prize.

Saying goodbye is always difficult especially when they have been part of our journey since the beginning. This month we bid goodbye to Mr Jalil Ahmed Khan widely known as Miya Bhai. In his 25 year journey with us, Miya Bhai has always been an inspiration to new generations through his relentless hard work and dedication.
This year, Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) has organized 32nd National Convention on Quality Concepts at Gwalior during 21 Dec 2018 to 24 Dec 2018. More than 2200 teams were participated in this National level Conference.These teams presented topics like Trouble shooting in production machinery, Scientific and technically accomplished performance and achieved great success by wining “Par Excellence” & “Excellence” awards.

In recognition of this, a group of 13 regional economies, including Singapore, has been taking turns to annually host an International Convention on Quality Control Circles (ICQCC) since 1976. The other 12 regional economies include: Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and Thailand.
