Our OEM business supplies a wide variety of products to the likes of Tata Motors Ltd., Bajaj Auto Ltd., Chrysler, Volkswagen, TVS, etc. solely using our manufacturing facilities.
We have the ability to utilize either standard tooling, compound dies or progressive tooling. We have machinery to support all sorts of capacity requirements ranging from heavy duty (up to 500T), Medium Duty (up to 200T) and light duty (up to 75T). Our stamped parts include Wheel Arc Assembly, Parcel Shelf Centre Assembly, Trunk Lid, Roof & Bow Assembly, Water Box Assembly, Fuel Tank Assembly, etc. among others.
We provide indigenous steel and fabrication services offering a wide variety of steel fabricated products. We have a capacity for MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), SMAW, and Resistance Welding & Robotic Welding Setup. We offer the most competitive pricing in our welding products and are preferred supplier of choice for a lot of our partners, such as BAL, TML, VW, TVS, Piaggio and others
Our plastic moulded parts find applications with a wide range of aesthetic scenarios and applicability. We have injection moulding capabilities ranging from (110 T – 350 T) which help us produce products such as parking lever, fastening clamp and support rod for OEMs, such as Bajaj Auto Ltd., Volkswagen etc.
We provide surface coating services as sought out by our partners and their requirements. We have capabilities of CED (Cathode Electro Deposition) and Powder Coating to provide superior finish. Our people are capable enough to provide innovative and requirement satisfying coating solutions to our partners which seek out such offerings. We serve the likes of VW, BAL, TML etc. from our superior finish products.
