Mr. Umesh Dashrathi is the promoter director of Rucha Group of Companies. He is a qualified Engineer and has done Masters in Business Administration in Marketing. He has completed management programmes in IIM. He has been awarded State level and National Level awards by the Government for Entrepreneurial achievements. He has extensive experience in the auto industry has worked in Bajaj Auto Ltd both in Akurdi and waluj in all aspects of Production. He has Developed Rucha Group as a Tier I Vendor for Bajaj Auto Ltd, Tata Motor Ltd and MNC Companies like Volkswagen (India) Pvt Ltd, Chrysler (USA), Mahindra & Mahindra, Volkswagen group worldwide etc. He has a track record of over 25 years in the manufacture and market development of Auto components With his previous achievements and vast experience and thorough technical and commercial knowledge, he is running this unit successfully and efficiently. Mr. Dashrathi's long-standing and experience in business and his guidance is proving immensely beneficial to the business
Mr. Rohit Dashrathi is one of the new generation leaders in Rucha Engineers Pvt. Ltd. He is currently heading the research & development initiatives of the organization in the capacity of Director, R&D Centre. He completed his bachelors in Mechanical engineering in the year 2011. He also holds double majors and is a Master in the fields of Mechatronics, Robotics & Automation Engineering from the prestigious Carnegie Mellon University and from the prestigious Michigan Technological University.
Mr. Ravi Kumar Mangalarap is qualified as a Human Resources professional with a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management. He had joined Bajaj Auto Ltd in 1993 & worked up to 2004. He served in Bajaj Auto Ltd. for 11 years leading Human Capital and Training & Development requirements of the organization. In January 2005 he has joined in Rucha Engineers Pvt. Ltd., previously known as Rohit Industries. He is skilled in Talent Management, Training & Development, Compensation Management, Collective Bargaining, and Legal Compliance and is a Certified Internal Auditor & Corporate MR for OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, VDA 6.3 and ISO/TS 16949Currently he is serving the organization in the capacity of Chief People Officer. He has nearly 25 years of experience in managing Human Capital requirements and is instrumental towards human capital development and growth of the company.
Mr. Ganpat S Jite is qualified in mechanical and manufacturing industry professional. He joined Rohit industries in 1996 which was the near the beginning of Rucha Group of companies. He has an in-depth technical knowledge and commercial experience in the press machining and fabrication fields of more than 22 years. He is an expert negotiator and sourcing & commercial relationship developer. He has worked in multiple roles starting from supervisor and rising up the ranks to the responsibility of function head. He has been instrumental in many improvements in the processes and product offerings of the group.
