Education:
DME / BE (Mechanical)Skills and Work Experience:

Responsibilities:
To lead the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) transformation as a drive for cultural shift in how the organization continuously improve.
Function as the primary point of contact for all site TPM inquiries and communications.
Partner with other facilities/managers to benchmark best practices in developing TPM milestones.
Partner with steering teams to identify and remove roadblocks.
Facilitate communications between areas, including the TPM web app administrator
To Work with PM technicians to develop operator checklists
To Audit TPM process
To Develop and monitor TPM milestone metrics
To Manage program health and address non-compliance
