- Candidate from an engineering background in DME/ BME.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with human resources for appropriate staffing levels, Manpower planning & related cost control.
- Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
- To Train and coach prod line supervisors/operators and upgrade them for multi-skilling.
- Responsible for daily manpower handling and allocation.
- Responsible for monitoring the implementation of 5S, Poka-Yoke & Kaizens.
