Responsibilities:

1.       To lead the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) transformation as a drive for cultural shift in how the organization continuously improve.

2.       To find out difficulties and others’ resistance to change and lead individuals and teams through the change process; apply competence in TPM, combined with on the job expertise and stakeholder input to identify, prioritize and manage multiple improvement projects.

3.       To complete all required safety training; ensure all work is conducted in accordance with safety policies and procedures.

4.       To Implement and oversee TPM Strategy within the plant.
