Skills and Work Experience:
- Exposure to press shop automation, robotics in the press shop, pick & place, etc.
- Exposure to TS, TPM,5S, Kaizen, SAP ETC.
- Should have knowledge about core tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, PFMEA, and SPC.
- Production planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure requirement of personnel, planning, and deployment of manpower.
- Manage all operational activities of the press shop include- plant capacity utilization, production level, quality objective meeting, plant-related customer coordination, staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals.
- Plan and implementation of PM schedules.
- Overall management of the Press shop(100 Ton-600 Ton presses.)
- Review CA/PA for breakdowns etc.
