Skills and Work Experience:

1 Feasibility Working Skills :- |
| 1) Feasibility knowledge of Stamping/Press Parts- Bom
Creation,Conventional & Progressive route Strip layout, RM Utilisation,
Process definition, Die Sizes calculation. |
| 2) Should know the tonnage calculation for Cutting and Non
cutting operations |
| 3) Knoweledge of Coating & Welding process |
| 4) Dimensional Feedbacks study and FCR requirements |
| 5) Knowledge of press part proving and rectification |
6) Basic knoweledge of sheet metal formability, stamping
simulation, Tool Design & Tryouts

2 Simulation Working Skills :- |
| 1) Should have Hands on experience with CATIA V5 GSD(Generative
Shape Design) Surfacing Module |
| 2) Should have hands on experience with Autoform simulation
software |
| 3) Independently Handling critical parts dieface, FCR &
later operations modelling |
| 4) Basic knoweledge of Tool design and Tryouts |
| 5) Simulation results based problems rectification & process
optimisation |
