Responsibilities:

Taking care of Press shop & Fabrication Manufacturing

Plan ,develop & monitor systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the product / department.

Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.

Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.

 Organize Daily / Weekly and Monthly Audits to ensure desired quality norms and full proofing of work procedures. 

 Coordinate and implement solutions from process analysis and general department projects.

 Conduct interviews, train new staff, and provide employee orientation.

 Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels, manpower planning and related cost control.
