Head for Tool Maintenance and PM as per plan

Responsible for Try outs & Trouble Shooting and monitoring of preventive maintenance of Tools for sheet metal parts.

Handling all types of tool room Machines .I.e. Surface Grinding, Milling Machine, Lathe Machine, Radial Drilling Machine & Sheet metal Press Tool Assembly.

Assemblies and modifications of press tools as pre design releases, study of new die drawings, component drawing, try outs on different types of Press and press tools, Suiting of dies to press, Cushion pin layouts study, operating of Mech. Presses, study of process flow charts.
